Using my mindful wheel approach,  we can tailor a coaching programme to suit you, with weekly or fortnightly Skype sessions helping you work through your aims and understanding yourself more.

We’ll use the mindful tools that I have proven to work to bring a sense of focus, calm and relaxation to your life.

Why be coached by me?
There are lots of people out there who claim to be coaches. Some of them are probably very qualified, and some are very good at it. However lots of coaching revolves around material aims – get this new item, achieve this new thing. My coaching programmes are about YOU.
Working with me is about getting to understand more about you as a person, what motivates you, what doesn’t, what you want to achieve and why.
It looks at all areas of your life and asks you what YOU feel you want to change. Then we go deeper, and often you’ll find what you thought you wanted to change, some light topic such as being more organised, or having a less cluttered home has buried something much deeper such as being fearful of being who you want to be, wearing a mask because you’re scared to let others down, or accumulating items to make you feel less stressed, or more worthy.
I specialise in using mindfulness in coaching: so we look at using meditation, acceptance of what is, being present in your daily life and letting go of old ways of thinking to help you achieve your goals.
What will coaching help me with?
Coaching is perfect for all sorts of issues and situations. From making more time for you, to improving your work life balance, decluttering, reducing stress, achieving a career change , managing your wellbeing, improving your finances, reducing debt, bringing calm to your life, time management, managing your weight, increasing your self esteem, finding out what makes you happy, changing your life. The list is endless and is only limited by your own ideas!
Often you’ll come to coaching thinking you want to achieve a certain thing such as achieving a career change and come out finding what you really want to do is travel and be your own boss. Coaching is a great way to explore your thoughts and your endless possibilities!
What is coaching?
Coaching is in effect giving you the tools to achieve what you want. Coaching is often a short burst to get you started: 6 to 12 weeks of intensive coaching, homework and catch ups to ensure you give yourself the best start to make the changes you want to make.
You work with me as a coach who helps guide you through sessions to identify what goals/goal you want to achieve, the barriers to you achieving your goal, and to helps you identify what you need to do to achieve the success you want.
This is different for every person as we’re all so individual. We’ll have an initial briefing session and then meet weekly on Skype/FaceTime for around an hour each week to look at your progress,  work on your issues and progress towards your goals.
What coaching is not
Coaching is not a replacement for therapy. We can’t work together to heal trauma, or deal with crises. If you feel this is the kind of help you need, or we establish this during the programme, we will stop there, and I will signpost you to the relevant help and all future sessions will be postponed/cancelled and refunded.
Why should I choose you?
Choose me if you want to work with someone down to earth, understanding, honest and caring who has had formal coaching training and experience. Choose me if you are interested in working with someone who works a bit differently to the norm; using mindfulness to achieve your goals.
 I also specialise in minimalism and simple living having worked on these areas myself. Having decluttered at least half of my belongings, having no credit card anymore, and living in a (fairly) clutter free home, I live simply, enjoying time in nature, and manage stress this way. So I can help you with this through using my own experience.
I use mindfulness in my coaching to help you manage daily life better – don’t be put off by this. Mindfulness is about letting go of thoughts and being in the moment, it’s a great, proven, way to achieve peace, reduce stress, and improve wellbeing.
What can I expect?
We will meet for a first session which collects in the information I’ve asked you to think about, and have a discussion about this and start to think about what you want to achieve. By the end of the session we will have set a goal/goals for you to work on and you’ll have your first homework!
Then we’ll meet regularly each week to review progress. We might add in more goals, you might need a bit more time to achieve your goals , or you might achieve your goal earlier than you’d hoped.
 Each week you will have some form of homework, which we will set together, and in the final session we’ll do some evaluation about how it’s gone, where you want to go next and help you get the tools you need to keep your good work going.
How much does it cost?
This will depend on how long you feel you need to explore your issues, and to achieve your goal. If you’re someone who can usually get to the core of something quickly, you’re likely to need only 6 to 8 sessions.
However if you prefer to take things slowly and reflect then 10 to 12 sessions will probably suit you better. I ask for the coaching sessions to be paid for in advance but you can pay for them in two installments if that’s easier for you.
I want my coaching programmes to be accessible to people from all walks of life, so that we can all achieve the best we can be.
If we find you need an additional one or two sessions to finish your programme, then these can be added on at the end individually.
So what is is going to cost you? Not as much as you probably think for time spent one to  one with a qualified coach.
